I wasn’t looking for a new brokerage when I met Annette. I had been with my previous brokerage for nearly 5 years and thought I was happy there. After working with Annette on a transaction, I saw how professional, fair, and responsive she was. She invited me to visit the Bellator office, and although I initially declined, I eventually went simply because I wanted to learn more about the culture. That visit changed everything for me. The people were welcoming, the culture was professional but fun, and faith was present without ever being forced. Annette went above and beyond for us when selling our Mobile home. She helped us update our house in a reasonable price range. She listed and our house was under contract in a matter of days.
