Annette Oden has a proven track record as a licensed REALTOR® since 2014 with millions of dollars of closed sales volume to her name. Since becoming the Qualifying & Managing Broker of Bellator Real Estate's Mobile, AL office in 2021, Annette's leadership approach comes with strength, industry experience and care. The proof is in the relationships she has built and maintained throughout her career, as well as the number of satisfied clients she's been able to serve. In addition to being an Associate Broker, Annette is also a Continuing Education instructor and holds her CDEI™ (Certified Distance Education Instructor).

A large portion of Annette's business as a listing agent and as a buyer's agent has come from friends, family and previous client referrals, a testament to her love for the business. She stays on the cutting edge learning newer, better ways to serve her clients and the real estate agents she oversees as a Broker. She has been awarded as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer every year since 2018, along with various other monthly and quarterly awards for top listings, top closings and office culture during her time as a REALTOR®.

Annette attended Tennessee Temple University and Southeastern Baptist College. She and her husband, John, have been married for more than 39 years and love spending time together, as well as with their family and friends.

In her free time, she loves to garden, write and watch old movies. Annette loves everything southern and time in her kitchen. There's something about the quietness of the process and the sequential steps set against the randomness of experimenting in the kitchen that's creative and cathartic, she says, noting her friends don't seem to mind her stress-baking too much either.
